By adopting two-stage heat exchanger technological route and spiral groove tube heat exchanger, waste heat of lime kiln flue gas can be fully converted to preheat limestone in upper feeding chamber above preheater, and dry up pulverized coal as inert gas in coal pulverizing system, resulting in reduction of unit coal consumption by 10-20%. In addition, the technical parameters for dust removal and mid/low temperature denitration are considered.
